Visit today to Frampton produced:
Brent Geese - too many to count
Pintail 4, including 1 drake
Scaup 1 female
Pochard, Tufted, Mallard, Gadwall, Wigeon, Shelduck and Teal
L Egret - only 1 today!
The only raptor we saw was a Kestrel
A decent selection of waders: Blackwits, Redshank, Golden and Grey Plover, Lapwing, Dunlin, Snipe.
Lapland Bunting 4 flew over but didn't put down.

Called in at Kirkby Pits on the way home:
Teal - 450 is an estimate
Tufted, Gadwall, Pochard, Shoveler and Mallard
Avocet 1 still present
Ring-necked Duck still present but at the far end of Riverslea Pit and difficult to see well.

Rob and Rachel
