Midday highlights: Wigeon 1200 in lagoon and still arriving. 500 in the water and 700 on the islands. Whooper 3 dropped in briefly. Lots of Goldcrest singing. I saw one 4 feet away in the car park hedge! Also Snipe, Greenshank, Black-tailed Godwit Nice to see the lagoon so full of birds depite the small tide. Jonathan |
