A monthly update of the number of days peregrine present on St.James, Louth. August: male 15 days + pair 1 day. September: male 17 days (calling most days) + pair 2 days. October: male 16 days (calling most days) + pair 9 days (performing spectacular display flights with raucous calling by both). November report at end of month. Note, the birds may have been present more frequently, but not recorded by us. Geoff & Julia |
