2 skeins of pink foots total, c550 and 1 hobby, 7 siskins, over dunes Crook Bank area lunchtime,also 2 wheatear and 1 redstart on fence posts near Rimac . John.

081010 grey misty morn ese f3, scattered brambling, siskins, crests,
new in the Churchill lane area, also 1 brown barn owl, and 1 se owl, but no increse in thrushes, as yet. John.

On a private farm in Theddlethorpe this morning I had 12 Brambling, 50+ Redwing, 3 Siskin, Grey Wagtail, House Martin and Chiffchaff.

Presumed to be a Tyto alba guttata Graham,
a few flocks of mixed redwing and song thrush arriving mid morning on
many passing over, evening walk between churchill and brickyard lanes
c 30 song thrush, 20 goldcrest, 5 chiffchaff, 1 yellow browed
1 ring ouzel, 2 woodcock, 3 brambling, 5 siskin. John.
