A fair day (Saturday) at Gibraltar Point although the glut seems to be over
highlights

goldfinch lots
swallows 30+
spotted flycatcher 1
pied flycatchers and redstart were about but not seen by me
little egret 7 on Jacksons Marsh
meally redpoll
brambling 1
grey heron 3 in off the sea? certainly a few hundred yards out at sea when we spotted them
merlin
hen harrier (ringtail)
buzzard
great spotted woodpecker
firecrest (caught and ringed)
