Two cranes which turned up yesterday afternoon must have roosted locally and were up and circling early morning - probably left the area subsequently. A new barred warbler was with 3 garden warblers along the east end of Mill Pond Road - feeding in elders at 0730 - 0800 approx best seen from Mill Hill looking inland. At least three pied flys together on the west dunes per Mick Briggs. Kev |
