Monday 30/08/10. Grey part 12&3 Green woodpecker m Yellow wag j 3 Tuesday 31/08/10. Buzzard Yellow wag juv 5 Black redstart Marsh harr j 2 Brian. ps. Anyone getting flocks of Mistle thrushes yet? The last 2 mornings, I have had a flock of 30ish Thrush type lift at a distance to far away for positive id with bins but are almost convincing as Fieldfares but can't be positive. I have heard that a few have arrived!! |

Brian, Im pretty sure they would have been Mistle Thrushes - Ive been seeing lots of small flocks of them recently, 4's 5's and 6's at a time. Cheers, Matthew. |
