An excellent day on the patch with several migrants:- 1 male Redstart in hedge by rape field. 2 Spotted Flycatchers in hedge by cow field. 1 juvenile Wheatear on fence by "blind mans" house. Also seen:- 1 Buzzard. Family of Common Terns still at mere. This brings my patch year list up to 119. |

2 Spotted Flycatchers still present this morning, 26th. Also:- 3 Swifts over mere 1 juvenile Kingfisher 2 Whitethroats |
