Saltfleet Haven 15th and 16th July.
I added another wader species to this list with up to 20 Sanderling on the beach. Knot have increased to 78.
Yesterday evening an adult Med Gull and a large Common Gull/small Herring Gull with a red bill! landed on the beach, I did consider Audouin's Gull as a possibility but it flew off before I could check it out properly (too many dog walkers), perhaps worth keeping an eye out for.
There were 60 circa Sandwich Terns, 1 Little Tern and 20 Common Tern on the beach and a few Gannet flew north.
This afternoon at Gib Pt. the 4 Spoonbill were still there.
