1 male ruff,still with bits of his er ruff
Redshank
Greenshank x1
Green sandpiper x1
4 little egret (1 with a number 6 tag on his leg)

Just noticed that was my hundredth post,and ruff puts me up to 94 species for the supposedly rubbish fiskerton fen.

Sunday evening:

2 Hobby
7 Snipe
2 Little Egret (one rung)
1 Ruff
3 Green Sandpiper
3 Egyptian Geese (1 juv)
2 Grey Partridge

Plus other regulars

Sunday early evening visit:
3 x Turtle Doves,1 x Little Egret (ringed green ring on right leg with a number 6 and an orange/red ring on left leg with letter D (I think) 1x Teal, 2 x Green Sand, 2 x Greenfinch, 2 x Hobby, 2 x Tree Sparrow, 1 x Yellowhammer, 2 x Grey Partridge, 6 x Common Snipe, 1 x Buzzard, 1 x Barn Owl, 2 x Egyptian Geese with 1 x juv.
Also 1 x Little Egret on the main (nr river) pit plus a family of Sedge Warblers.
My first Turtle Doves this year. :D

Good counts with the tutle doves,had 2 or 3 pairs last year on most visits.only had singles this year and then sporadic
