A walk around early this morning; Temminck's stint - 2 on Central then South scrape Wood sandpiper - 1 Reedbed Curlew sandpiper - 1 Central scrape Common sandpiper - 1 South scrape Little gull - 5 1st summers on Central scrape Garganey - 2 males Cuckoo - 1 Turtle dove - 1 Plus the usual good numbers of little ringed plovers, avocets, lapwings, redshanks, black-tailed godwits, swifts etc John |
