A pair of Common Tern visited the lake this evening at approximately 7:56pm then flew off towards lincoln. Common terns are frequently seen at Riseholme during the summer period, however they tend to only visit late evenings when the lake is quieter. Is it possible these terns are from whisby and visit Riseholme lake in an evening? Cheers, Richard |
