Buzzard 1 Sweeping round in wide spirals very dark brown upper-parts. I was somewhat disconcerted to note that from the front
the right wing seemed to be damaged. It appeared that several flight feathers were missing forming a distinct gap. Fortunately it did not seem to impede the birds ability to fly or to be able to hold that wing straight or slightly above horizontal. Obviously the cause of this injury is unknown but I just hope it was not the consequence of a mindless yob with a shot gun.
