A quick look round this evening produced : Saltmarsh Marsh Harrier AdM Wet grassland Brent Goose 140 Barnacle Goose 1 Whimbrel 3 Ruff 5 Yellow Wag 15+ Reedbed lagon House Martin 2 Reservoir road Ring Ousel AdM, disappeared across the field into the back hedge Phil |

The ouzel was still there at 07:15 this morning by the reservoir. Also male redstart. Elsewhere on the reserve; Ruff - 2 Whimbrel - 4+ LRP - 6+ Marsh harrier - 1 Common buzzard - 1 Lesser redpoll - 1 Lesser whitethroat - 1 Whitethroat - 5 Sedge warbler - 1 John |
