Sunday morning, beautiful day.
2 Chiffchaffs singing in Temple Wood another in Callans Lane Wood
1 male Wheatear between Temple and Callans Lane Wood
A "bubbling" Curlew on the set aside fields West of Temple Wood
At least 5 Marsh Tits in Temple Wood

I got the Wheatear (thanks Hugh) a superb fresh plumaged male but dipped out on the Chiffchaffs; teach me to get up late!
Also of interest 3 Nuthatches (a pair together and a single in another area), 5 Treecreepers and at least 4 pairs of Marsh Tits. Just about everything was in song. At least 3 GS Woodpeckers drumming and Greens yaffling.
Another sign of spring was the Coltsfoot in flower.
