A pleasant morning, in the sun, on the patch:- 4 Teal, 3 males displaying to a female 1 male Wigeon 14 Pochard 6 Common Buzzards circling together, calling and displaying 1 Green Woodpecker 3 Great Spotted Woodpeckers 6 Pied Wagtails on flooded field 1 Willow Tit with tit flock in wood 1 Tree Sparrow in hedge near farm, 1st record this year 23 Yellowhammers 4 Reed Buntings |
