Hi

My wife and I walked up the pullover at Saltfleet about 12-30 and was surprised to see 868 Brents feeding on the marsh. We also heard the explosions but have no idea what they were. The Brents took no notice whatsoever!!!!

About half a dozen explosive devices were detonated on the beach opposite Brickyard Lane at appproximately 30 minute intervals. Two men were driving out in a 4x4 and seemed to be arranging things.
I was on the marshes at Rimac at this time and the birds there were certainly being disturbed.

Hi

Don't know about the patience of a Saint!!!!! My wife thinks that I'm a bit mad!!!
I had my scope and the Brents were just about in a line and i just went along and counted them. Fairly accurate i think but who knows!!!! Had a good laugh at your comment
