Mostly from the Duck Hide With the usual masses of Greylags we had these odd ones: 1 Brent?? - Been there a few days evidently 1 Bar Headed - Possibly from Fillingham Lake? 2 Pinks and the almost resident Leucistic Greylag + Hybird Lag / Canada 9 Canada Female Goosander Teal - Mallard - Shelduck - Shoveller - Widgeon - Gadwall - Pochard Others: Good day for Common Buzzards seen throughout the visit - 5 seen at one time Kestrel - There, on the way there and back Female Sparrowhawk 30 Redpoll 23 Curlew GS Woodpecker At least 6 Snipe - Dug well in 6 Redshank Lapwing BH Gull - 1 in summer plumage LBB Gull Common Gull 27 Mute Swan 2 Brown Hares boxing in a field off Mill Road Hibaldstow |
