Peregrine still on s.w. tower early afternoon, but no sign of a black redstart. Has anyone seen it? Reported on Birdguides 2 or 3 times recently. Cheers. Rick

Saw the peregrines today but no success with the black redstart - there are photos of the latter at the weekend by google search under "black redstart, lincoln" postings by boulthamere.

In addition to the 'boulthamere blog', the Black Redstart was reported by Terry and Eileen Corlett ( 'Lincsbirders' ) as seen on Saturday pm 23rd January in the Galilee Porch area (South side). Also reported by Birdguides Sunday 24th, seen at 11.00am on the South side.
I was on the South side today (Mon) 11.00-12.00 without success but at least I had good views of the Peregrine as compensation. (I also managed to park just by the Galilee Porch.) :D

Regards,

Freddy
