Visit there today 8.30am-3.30pm - mainly Ness Lake area. 4 Bittern 1 Marsh Harrier 1 Sparrowhawk 1 Cettis Warbler ( heard on 3 occasions to right of Ness Hide) 1 Goosander (m) - dropped in on Ness Lake, stayed maybe half an hour then flew off east) 1 Goldeneye (m) 1 Bullfinch (m) 1 Willow Tit 1 Mistle Thrush Usual Tits, Blackbird, Magpie, Robin etc 3 Wren (all very vocal - warning calls and song) 12 Dunlin 31 Lapwing 1 Water Rail 12 Teal 5 Gadwall Mandy |
