My first walk around Whisby this year, very cold with about 90% of the lakes iced over. Not much around but the highlights were as follows: 3 Little Egrets - Teal Lake 12 Golderneyes - 2 on Grebe, 10 on Teal. (More reported on the other lakes but didn't have time to walk round them). 1 Kingfisher Plenty of other ducks/gulls but not much else. Thanks Mark |
