Comments: Visiting birder from Richmond Virginia, USA.

Species Information: Swallow

Location Information: Brickyard Lane

Bird Information: I visited Brickyard Lane to look for the Shorelarks, Snow Buntings, and Twite reported on this forum. Was not able to locate the Shorelarks, but Snow Buntings (c.36), Twite (c.50).

As I was leaving at around 2:00 pm, I observed a swallow over the buckthorn.

Not a rare bird, but perhaps a late record?

Regards, Arun.

A swallow was reported to me last night in the 'Coach & Horses' pub from a reliable source as feeding over a garden in Hemingby on Sunday afternoon, 22nd November.
