Yet another Cetti's Warbler in what must be the best ever autumn by far for these in Lincolnshire with at least ten records, spread throughout the county.
Todays new bird was one trapped this afternoon by Niven Vessey at Fishtoft Sewage Treatment Works.

It would be good to compile a list of all records and dates this year -- I am willing to do it and produce a summary if people want to let me have all the records / dates etc
There may have been as many as 6 birds at Barton this autumn, a new female today, so I think Alan's estimate falls a bit short already but there must be more than have been picked up so far so a good project for birders this winter

Certainly worth collating the unprecedented amount of records of Cetti's Warblers this year. What would also be interesting is the sexual split. I think all the individuals trapped this year (5 or 6?) have been females until yesterday's bird which was a male.
