A good morning for visible migration, presumably thanks to the South-Westerlies, with lots of finches, pipits and skylarks flying south. If it was good at Frampton, it must have been even better at the migration hot spots.....

Bullfinch - Female/imm. along the 'Cross Bank' (possibly only the second Frampton record!)
Brambling - 1 over
Redpoll - 33 South
Siskin - 25 South
Twite - 20 wet grassland
Goldfinch - 120 flock on the scrapes
Lapland bunting - 1 wet grassland
Crossbill - one West over my garden in Frampton village at 06:50
Fieldfare - 14 South
Pink-footed goose - 300 East
Whooper swan - 10 (7 & 3) South
Green sandpiper - 4 Reedbed
Kingfisher - 1
Marsh harrier - 1
