Amazing - had a quick 11/2 hrs at Gib this afternoon. After doing the Mere and Tennysons, where usual birds, walked along the cycle track towards Jackson's and just before the trees a Greenish Warbler was heard calling across the road in the Elms. A Yellow-browed Warbler then started to call as well and both were calling together. I crossed the road but no sooner had I got behind the Elms when the Greenish started calling from the cycle track side of the road. The YB Wblr was also very flighty and whilst trying to get onto it another YB Wblr started to call in the Sycamores towards the gate. This bird crossed the road towards the Plantation but the first YB Wblr stayed around until I had to rush off to pick my Mother up from Skeggy. I didn't have time to try to relocate the Greenish.
There was also reports of Pied Flys and Redstarts in the plantation and a Nightingale type!
I would say that these birds were new in.

I know where I'll be tomorrow.

Sounds like a good day. Enjoy tomorrow. Will be Sunday before I can get out again and then I need this King Eider. Good early high tide on Sunday so plenty of time for migrant hunting.
