Found this link to Alan Tilmouth's Gull on Film blog on facebook.

Shows a possible Baltic Gull found in Lincs (don't know where) by Stef Mcelwee.

Thoughts?

looks interesting; a sort of private site if I have got the geography right hence maybe the lack of details -- having seen the odd putative Baltic Gull (adults) in July and looking at the web from larophiles it seems that most people think odd birds may occur in the UK but 100% proof is usually a colour ring

As Stef Mcelwee has photographed Osprey on the same date (as per Birdguides) at Kirkby on Bain then this may be the site in question.
