Trent Port, Marton 4 August 2009 12.30 - 14.00 Found a juv osprey fishing along large drain heading towards Brampton. Watched from 13.00 to 13.20 and then seen again briefly at 13.55. Might linger. Whinchat 1 (first of the autumn) Green Sandpiper 1 Teal 7 (numbers increasing) Bullfinch 2 Swallow 50 Goldfinch 30 Also, hobby seen over garden earlier in day. Cheers Brian.
