Yet another trip to Frampton looking for collared pratincole, whiskered tern and even terek sandpiper which I have missed in recent days. Needless to say the aquatic warblers haven't arrived yet either

what was seen was on a very windy day

wood sandpiper 2
snipe c50
black tailed godwit 2
dunlin
little ringed plover
ruff 6 at least
pintail 1
swift 1

on the way down the river and at the river end itself
whimbrel 1
curlew
yellow wagtail c6
wheatear c
c30 mainly young but non on the walk back
little egret 8
osprey on the wrecked ship just off shore
oystercatcher 1500
brent goose 1
common tern
little tern
knot
black tailed godwit

There are usually one or two that stay around Freiston/Frampton throughout the summer, Three regulars off Freiston the last month or so, cheers Paul
