Cliff Morrison found a greenish warbler towards dusk 1208, in bushes
just north of beach access from Brickyard lane . (just picked up
the message he left as i,ve been out all morning).
1 marsh harrier and 1 hobby south today in the Rimac area
and a total of 5 green sandpipers seen on pond margins. cheers John.

not sure what dusk 1208 means John? its a bit dark at 12:08 am unless it was illuminated by a meteor shower -- do we assume you mean he had it at dusk and you picked up the message at 12:08 pm

I would hazard a guess John meant 12th of the 8th (i.e. 12th Aug)????

PS on the subject of meteor showers - great views last night in the countryside above Barton :) with the added bonus of a pair of vocal Barn Owl :D
