Oystercatcher 84
Ringed Plover 89 - many juveniles with no black on head and breastband incomplete
Green Sandpiper 2
Common Sandpiper 2
Avocet 3
Dunlin 166
Greenshank 1
Arctic Tern 23
Yellow Wagtail 1
Knot 1900 - About 800 alighted on two sandspits dividing lagoons and the remainder,about 1100,circled and then headed off in the direction of Butterwick. As many as about 60% were still in brick red breeding plumage with many showing distinctive scaly backs. A truly splendid sight.
