A new garden tick for me yesterday (birds below roof height) when I found a swift beneath a bush in the garden. Wife thought it had crash-landed the evening before but couldn't locate it (and I didn't get home from the pub until 23.30 so I was in no state to look for anything). Picked it up and launched it into the air, and it was off, seemingly with no ill-effects. Geoff |
