5am-12.00 noon,(birding and predator survey) apart from an hours sun, rain and wind, got soaked to the skin!

1 Marsh Harrier (being mobbed by 2 Common Tern)
3 GC Grebe
2 Reed Warbler
10 Goldfinch
10 Gadwall
30 Pochard
4 Cormorant
6 House Martin
200-300 Sand Martin (largest gathering I have noted there for some time)
12 Swift
2 Swallow
1 Avocet (over)
50 Lapwing over
5 Wren
1 Robin
4 Bullfinch
12 Willow Warbler
3 Blackcap
8 Greenfinch
4 Common Tern
2 Lesser Whitethroat
6 Whitethroat
2 Willow Tit
4 Blue Tit
2 Great Tit
