 Post subject: RAINHAM STEEL/SAT/11/7.

landed in front of gatehouse!!;
4 little ringed plovers(young uns)stayed for quite a while walking up and down the entrance road.not expected!!
Birds seen of note seen since i started there in jan 2005:
Osprey
marsh Harrier,
Peregrines
common buzzards,
poss hobby,
barn owl,
whinchats,
wheatears
grey wags,
stonechats
1 female black redstart,
2 Sandwich terns,
glaucous gull,and one Nuthatch also a young one flew past onto a crane!
1 weasel shot across where the lrps were got bins on it,
still hoping for a stork or somemats like that to go over as im stuck there 12 hours a shift,
not bad so far thou i reckon.
