Most of the morning at Frampton then a quick look at Frieston lagoon at high tide. 65 birds and 8 butterflies in total.

Frampton
Ruff 6+
Avocets
3 Curlew
1 Greenshank
1 Com Sandpiper
7 LRP
2 Knot
9 Blackwits
1 Marsh Harrier m

Frieston
1800 Knot
350 Oystercatcher
22 Avocet
1 Blackwit
1 Ringed Plover
50 Common Terns

Also juvenile Marsh Harrier inland between Sutterton and Gosberton at 8.00am

Also at Freiston this morning, a 1st sum Peregrine flew through, grabbed a Bar-tailed Godwit and then dropped it before heading off inland. At the same time, a Kestrel came in and grabbed something (tern chick?) and flew off with it. Pandemonium for a minute or two, but otherwise quiet!

One Whimbrel on the marsh.
