A flock of about 15 crossbills moving south through the willow trees north of Churchill lane car park, (Theddlethorpe) 0700 this morning.

Location: Theddlethorpe
A half hour seawatch on Theddlethorpe beach 1440 to 1515, in mist and sun, with light easterly.
c 130 scoter on sea, 1 gannet south, 12 whimbrel south,
24 LBBG, 18 GBBG, 28 HG, 37 BHG, on beach, Then had to have words with a group of horse riders galloping from haven area,disturbing birds and in a non riding zone, ( from Liecester so unaware of permits needed)
