A look around Tattershall Lakes and Country Park yesterday: 3 Sedge Warbler 2 Reed Warbler 2 Moorhen 95 Greylag Geese and counted 43 young - one brood of young goslings = 14! 8 Coot, 1 pr had 3 young 5 Mallard 3 Willow Warbler Pr Egyptian Geese with 4 young 1 Chiffchaff 1 Grey Heron 7 Mute Swan, 1 pr with 2 young 1 Chaffinch 1 Kestrel 2 Wren 2 Woodpigeon Pr Great Crested Grebe with 1 young 2 Stock Dove 1 Blackbird 1 Song Thrush 2 Pied Wagtail Coningsby today (15 Jun) there was a Common Buzzard hunting over the airfield NE to S. |
