Hi

Early morning down the marsh:

Garganey - 3 drakes in front of visitor centre
Curlew Sandpiper - 2
Knot - 1
Turnstone - 1
Greenshank - 2
Little Ringed Plover - 3

Also Wednesday afternoon at Frampton RSPB:

1 Immature Little Gull
1 Water Pipit in front of East Hide. Very close good views but it was in Winter plumage and shouldn't it be in the Alps right now? I have no previous experience of Water Pipit in this country and would be pleased if someone could confirm this record.

PS Also 2 very bleached Painted Ladies (over-wintered?) and 2 Common Blues

hugh i also had a painted lady on saturday at grainthorpe :D
