just a couple of hrs midday

2 hobby
7 yellow wags
sparrow hawk
3 whimbrel
9 brents
5 little egret

typical i am down sniffing around grainthorpe - pyes (distant views of colin smale) looking for possible bee eaters and they fly past my front door :evil: :(

still i was birding morocco around 1985-6 in the high atlas range and we heard bee eaters, gradually getting closer an after about 10 mins approx 1000 birds came into view migrating northwards up the valley wot a sight :D :D :wink:

20th today back to the haven, very quite.

several corn bunts
7 summer plum grey plover very pretty
peregrine
fem/imm marsh harrier
cuckoo
sparrow hawk
