This no doubt fine bird had gone before i arrived at 12.45,but other birds present today were as follows:

At least 7 Black Tern(Although Keith Robinson had at least 10 before i arrived)
4 Arctic Tern
2 Common Tern
6 Common Sandpiper
2 Dunlin
1 Sum plum. Spotted Redshank, which quickly disappeared,no doubt realising how windy it was. .
450 Swift
35 House Martin
50 Swallow
5 Sand Martin
1 1st summer Hobby(Watched chasing the Swifts and Hirundines and also sat on the east bank of the reservoir on the grass bank, giving cracking views through the scope).

Regards

Steve..

I see shortly after the Covenham bird had departed, there was one found in East Yorkshire.

But according to RBA it was later turned into a Black Tern. The Covenham bird was unmistakable.
