The Lincolnshire Bird Club

Mid-day on 4th two buzzard sp soaring very high over Sea View and drifting south. Noticeable long winged and tail with seemingly small head indicating possible Honey Buzzards. Interesting Cliff Morrison had a single bird near Brickyard later in the afternoon.

Also 4 skeins (55, 75, 45, 50) of Pink-feet moving south...225 birds.

Early evening - look over saltmarsh at Sea View. Had the briefest of glimpses of a large white bird dropping into one of the creeks and out of sight. Through bins only not enough to scope it but looked like Spoonbill.

At Pyes hall at 1220 hrs 7 buzzards riding a thermal and 2 buzzard species further inland on another thermal,
only had bins and they were distant, , a total of 7 skeins of pink foots seen heading south all of c 50 to c90 in number total c 450.
