Pleasing to report a lot of activity on and around the scrape this morning with 2 pairs of Swans becoming more territorial and chasing each other off to opposite ends of the water, Gadwalls squabbling in the water and then flying off to then return to squabble again all this with a pair seemingly central to the others attentions. A second pair of Shelducks arrived only to be given 2 or 3 minutes on the water before the original male dislodged them. Mallard hens being mobbed by several males, Coot mating more than once around the edges.
