4 hours this aft on the patch at Worlaby revealed the following:

12 Short-eared Owl(At least)
3 Barn Owl
ad.male Marsh Harrier
juv. Hen Harrier
12 Curlew
5 Common Buzzard
380 Fieldfare
1 Siskin
300 Starling(North)

Rather predictably when many are gathered in one spot the gentilis appears to some -- its a bit like a miracle but with limited visibility --

Today. 1-30 to 4-30
2 ring tail harriers
2/3 barn owls
2/3 buzzards
2 short eared owls from 2 to 2-30, but not subsequently.

Evening Rick,

Pleased you managed to see the 2 Ringtail Hen Harriers,as i was worried that one had disappeared after the pheasant shooting season had started.The Owls never seem to show well when the weather isn't very good.
