A superb day. East of Stonebridge the highlight was a Pallas's Warbler which appeared in a net early afternoon. This bird coincided with an arrival of warblers with two new Yellow-broweds in the same area and lots of new Chiffs and Blackcaps. Totals (including some additional records from Steve Lorand down to Quad 3):
Pallas's Warbler - 1 Yellow-browed - 2-3 Wryneck - 1 south of the coastguards Chiffchaff - 80 Blackcap - 30 Garden W - 3 Goldcrest - 200+ Robin - 120 Redwing - 200 Ring Ouzel - 3 Redstart - 2 Brambling - 40
