A nice walk around Grebe and Teal Lakes this morning 11.00 am - 14.00hrs.
10 House Martins 1 group of 7 and another 3 birds around Teal - My 1st of the year. Very early for House Martins!. No Swallows or Sand Martins seen.
1 Willow Warbler also on Teal Lake - walk between Teal and Apex.
4 Chiff Chaff - same place
1 Little Egret - flew over Grebe Lake
4 Shoveler - All on Grebe Lake
6 Goldeneye (4M 2F) 2 on Grebe, 4 on Teal
6 Oystercatcher - 2 on Thorpe, 4 on Grebe
8 Reed Bunting - All around Teal Lake
Also lots of Long Tailed,Blue and Great Tits, Chaffinch, Dunnocks, Tufted Ducks plus the usually Gulls etc.
