Another reply relating to one of the colour ringed Herring Gulls seen at Kirkby on Bain landfill site on 3rd February. Thanks for reporting your sighting of a colour ringed bird. Ringing details are as follows:- Colour ring number 6J9B BTO ring number GV10890 Age when rung BTO code 5 Site, Harewood Whin, York (53.960 -1.177) Date of ringing 1st May 2015 Yours is the first sighting since it was ringed Matthew |
