Whilst on the 3rd green of RAF Coningsby Golf Course, a mainly blue with yellow head budgie chirping away in a tree, possibly two as I think I heard another call elsewhere around the course.

Suspect missing from Tattershall Thorpe, Kirkstead or Woodhall Spa area.
