Having paid what I recall to be about £200 for a copy of BWPi on DVD from Birdguides I would have expected decent support? recently having had to have a hard drive replacement I have just got round to reinstalling BWP -- needless to say I had lost the unlock code in an old email purge by BT (good old BT) so I emailed Birdguides support and go the following reply -- this being Thursday night -- 4 hours 4 days a week -- hopefully most people do not need any product support --

Hello,
The Technical Support Office hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:30 - 12:30
If your query is for any web service, Bird News anywhere etc please e-mail webmaster@birdguides.com

If your query is for the BirdNews app, please contact josh.jones@birdguides.com

For all other queries I will get back to you on Monday.

Thank you.
Kind Regards,

Pete Ellison, BirdGuides Technical Support

Think you'll find it a different animal from when you first purchased BWPi Graham. Don't quote me but I thought Birdguides was now Birdwatch. (magazine)
