Over the past few years Nocton Fen has been quite a prolific birding area, especially in the winter. This winter, however, the area doesn't appear to have the numbers and varieties of previous years, i have certainly seen less and the reports on the forum are scarce. Is it down to weather conditions or are there other factors at work? I would be interested in people's thoughts.
