A very productive visit today,saw the following being observed: 3 Hairy Dragonfly 64 Common-blue Damselfly 11 Azure Damselfly 5 Blue-tailed Damselfly 2 Large-red Damselfly 1 Four-spot Chaser Regards Steve. |

Hi Col, Certainly the earliest Hairy D i have ever had along with Common-blue Dam,Azure Dam and Blue-tailed Dam,my earliest Large-red is 20th April at Crowle in 2007. Regards Steve. |

What a differance a week makes: 50 Hairy Dragonfly(This is no mistake,there was 15 along 1 path,the largest count in Linc's as far as i'm aware,amazing!) 14 Four-spot Chaser 47 Red-eyed Damselfly(Also a very good count and my best at this site) 239 Azure Damselfly 238 Common-blue Damselfly 11 Large-red Damselfly 35 Blue-tailed Damselfly Regards Steve. |

Edmund, You don't know what your missing at north Lincs superior site! It doesn't have a visitor centre or toilets but what it does have is a diverse habitat, with something to please almost everyone, I say almost because some people are extremely hard to please.
