It seems to have been a good breeding season for both Willow Warblers and Chiffchaffs in the Market Rasen area. 26 Chiffs (Only 1 adult) and 12 Willow Warblers were ringed this morning at Occupation Lane but there were a lot more in the area. Is this relected at other county inland sites? I understand lots have been ringed at Gibraltar Point in the last few days so they are obviously on the move. |

Stuart if that is true it is good news indeed after many years of declining willow warbler numbers. Terry Whalin |
